Barrow Community Library has two P50 Water Mist fire extinguishers. The following video shows all the principles of how to use a P50 fire extinguisher.
Please note that in the video, a P50 Foam fire extinguisher is used on a flammable liquid fire. The P50 Water Mist fire extinguishers we have in the library are only rated to be used on flammable solids and electrical fires.
The maintenance team will inspect the fire extinguishers annually. The procedure is shown in this video:
